By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions.
Pure Birch sells natural products, including:
• Chaga capsules
• Chaga powder
• Birch sap
Products are offered as described on the website. They are not a substitute for medical advice.
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Pure Birch reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice.
Taxes (GST and QST) are applied according to the type of product:
• Chaga capsules: TAXABLE
• Chaga powder: NON-taxable
• Birch sap: NON-taxable
Applicable taxes are calculated automatically at checkout.
Full payment is due at the time of order.
Payments are processed through secure platforms, including Stripe.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
• Estimated delivery time: 2 to 7 business days
• Delivery times may vary depending on the region and carrier
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, Pure Birch has no control over delivery times or the handling of the package.
Due to the nature of the products sold (consumable natural products):
❌ No refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted, except in the following specific case:
✅ Order error attributable to Pure Birch (e.g., wrong product sent)
Conditions:
• The request must be made by email to info@purebirch.ca
• Within 48 hours of receipt
• With supporting evidence (photo)
Damage caused by the carrier is not the responsibility of Pure Birch.
👉 Any claim related to a damaged package must be addressed directly to the carrier.
Pure Birch is not liable for breakage, loss, or delays caused by delivery.
